10th TF-Storage Meeting
The 10th TF-Storage meeting will be held on 20-21 February, 2012, in Ljubljana, Slovenia, kindly hosted by ARNES, the Academic and Research Network of Slovenia.
The meeting will partly be dedicated to the discussion of the new Terms of Reference of the task force.

Bus transport
ARNES is going to organise a bus transport from Hotel Slon in the city centre to the venue location (Tehnoloski park) and back.
The bus will leave sharp:
- on Monday at 11:45 CET from Hotel Slon to the lunch location (Restaurant Polna Skleda @ Hotel Mons)
- on Monday at 13:00 CET from Hotel Mons to the venue
- on Monday after the meeting (around 18:00 CET) from the venue back to Hotel Slon
- on Tuesday at 8:45 CET from Hotel Slon to the venue
There will be no organized transport at the end of the meeting.

Hotel Mons is placed just by the Ljubljana motorway ring and it is a 5-10 minute walk distance to the venue. Walking may not be a good idea in a bad weather since you'll need to walk on a road with no pavement.

Social events
ARNES will organize self-service lunch at Restaurant Polna Skleda (http://bit.ly/zvWIJm) on Monday from 12:00 to 13:00, which will be sponsored by Nexenta. The restaurant is close to venue, however we will have transport organized from the venue to the restaurant.
ARNES will organize social dinner at Restaurant "Na gradu", which is located in Ljubljana castle (http://bit.ly/zKR3Fi). The dinner will take place on Monday evening and meeting point will be in front of hotel Slon at 19:30. We will walk to lower station of funicular railway (http://bit.ly/w2Jv25), which will take us to the castle. Dinner will have multiple menus, however if there are any special needs (vegan, vegetarian, kosher), please let us know in advance.
Remote participation
Video Conferencing will be available for on-line presentation/participation. The connection deatils will be sent to the registered remote perticipants via e-mail.
