A group dinner for the EuroCAMP delegates was held on the 17 November at BorLaBor Restaurant, Veres Pálné utca 7, 1053 V. kerület, Budapest, Hungary (directions) which was included in the registration fee.
Lunch
Lunch was also included in the registration fee.
Hotels
Hotel costs are not included in your registration fee, you must book your own room. Please do mention 'EuroCAMP' when you book as there may be discounts available. The earlier you book your room the better the price will be, and given the current economic climate, it maybe worthwhile speaking direct to the hotel to negotiate a price.
Suggested hotels
We have not yet made any special arrangements for the accommodation, we therefore recommend that you arrange this as soon as possible.

The conference venue is accessible by tram from this hotel. The tram stop, opposite the metro station "Stadionok" is 100 metres away from the hotel and the city centre is easily reached by the nearby metro station.
Hotel Platanus
Set opposite Népliget (the city's largest park and former home of the Hungarian Grand Prix), this 3-star hotel is in a quiet location just 200 metres from the Metro into the city centre.
Le Meridien
A slightly more expensive option is Le Meridien. This hotel is near the red (M2) metro line and the main public transportation hub.
