  19. 1- The Ministry of Higher Education has charged the CNRST to set up Marwan Network.
    The CNRST is a public establishment governed by the laws of the public administration.
    The CNRST has a board of directors.

    2- Marwan is not a legal entity, it s just a department of the CNRST.
    The CNRST takes all the commitments concerning Marwan. The Director of the CNRST is the official person entitled to sign all these commitments.

    3- The budget of Marwan is taken over the global budget of the CNRST which comes from the Ministry of Higher Education.

  33. We will launch a tender for a new 5-year contract for our NREN.
    The new backbone architecture will be based on a Layer 2 VPN instead of Layer 3 VPN that we currently have.
    The new network will be operational in January 2014.
    A new funding model will be considered.
