  33. We would like to see the results of the questionnaire become more interactive so that individual NRENs can use the results for internal analysis. To this end, we met with TERENA in early 2013 to discuss the options.

Section A: Question A5 - HEAnet would like to see a new category added: Other. HEAnet has 8/10 clients who do not fit in the listed categories but would fall under an Other category – examples of the kinds of organisation we are talking about would be; IUA (Irish University Association) or IoTI (Institutes of Technology in Ireland) which we would describe as supporting organisations.

Section A: Question A8 - In the last Compendium you also listed ISCED 4, ISCED 2+3 and ISCED 1. By only listed ISCED 5+6 you are not allowing NRENs to complete this question fully.

Section B: Question B15. Do you provide or are you planning to provide 3G or 4G mobile services to end users?
    * Currently we have a 3G offering in partnership with O2.
    * We are planning on introducing a 4G offering in 2014.

Section C: We are not sure if SND and Naas are appropriate topics for this section. We believe they more rightly belong in Section D.

Section D: Question D45 We are planning to offer Google cache and would make it available to ALL our network users
