Its board of directors is made up of non executive directors chosen by the major higher and further education funding bodies within the United Kingdom and the Chief Executive, Finance Director, Chief Technology Officer & Operations Director.

  35. Due the economic climate in the UK, there is uncertainty about the funding model for the next financial years. There may also be some restructuring as an outcome of a number of Higher Education reviews and reports. We have no complete details as of the date of this submission.
  36. It would be more helpful if the Word document provided matched up with the questionaire to be completed more exactly, there are discrepencies. Also some questions are vague and open to interpretation. I beleive that 4th part of A.5 is incorrect in the questionaire. It asks for students at Research Institutes, unlikely, wheras the Word documant refers to Primary schools. The data we have input is for the latter.
