The governing structure includes a Chairman, CEO, Board of Directors, Control Committee, and a General Assembly, members of which are the Ministry of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications, the Council of Bulgarian Universities Rectors, the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and National Reserch Network Association
