  20. Since 1 January 2000, Belnet has been organized in the form of a public service with independent management that comes under the Federal Science Policy Office. This specific structure gives Belnet more autonomy to respond quickly to continuous developments in the world of telecommunications and the Internet.

    The organic rules on the financial and material management of Belnet are given in the Royal Decree of 1 February 2000.

    Belnet is managed by its director and the management committee.

  34. The staffing increased in order to suppress any bottlenecks and single point of failures inside our organisation.
    We moved in december 2010 to new office building with a big improvement of facilities (meeting rooms that will give us a chance to organise and give more workshops)
  35. The section "funding part" of the D-section (especially the last question) is difficult to understand and to complete and should be explained more and better.
