The legal entity for ACOnet is the University of Vienna (UniVie); ACOnet is represented and operated by the UniVie Computer Center (ZID). All ACOnet participants are recommended to send delegates to the ACOnet technical advisory committee (ACOnet-TBPG); all ACOnet participants are invited to join the ACONET association whose board is acting as a steering committee for the NREN.
