  33. 1) EENet administered the top level domain .ee since its creation in 1993 until July 2010. Due to the reform initiated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, since July 2010 the TLD .ee is administrered by the Estonian Internet Foundation (http://eestiinternet.ee). As a result of this reform, the fee was set on .ee domain names and the registration services opened for foreign entities and persons. EENet became accredited Registrar for educational, research and cultural institutions. Delivery of the .ee register with 78 000 domain names was the most labour-intensive work in 2010.
