  19. REANNZ was formed in September 2005 as a Crown-owned Company under the Companies Act and is listed on Schedule 4 of the Public Finance Act. Its shareholding is 100% vested in the Crown, with the Ministers of Research, Science & Technology and Finance as equal shareholders. REANNZ has a Board of currently 6 Directors and 11 Full-Time Employees.
