We would appreciate it if you would be able to give us a short description of major changes that occurred in your organisation and/or services during the past year or that you foresee for the coming year (structural changes, changes in your mandate or remit, major technology upgrades, changes in the user base, etc.)
GRENA is actively participating in Georgian secondary school connectivity program Deer Leap Georgia . According to this program all 2300 schools of Georgia will receive Internet services via virtual private network (VPN) and GRENA is acting as a Network Operation Center for this network. In April 2009 GRENA established connectivity to GEANT according to the EC Black Sea Interconnection project.
