  37. There is no structural changes in the TuRENA network. It was abolish of the Supreme Council of Science and technology who supervised TuRENA network. New founded Academy of sciences is responsible for Project in Turkmenistan now.
  39. Turkmen Research and Educational Network of the Supreme Council of Science and technology under the President of Turkmenistan (SCST). Legislative grounds of the TuRENA creation : The decree of the President of Turkmenistan (March 3, 2003)
    Supreme council creates a scientific - educational network Association of Turkmenistan (TuRENA) on the rights of public council by the decision of the vice-premier (April 1, 2003).
    The SCST has been abolished with it function assigned to the Academy of Science which from now on will founded from the state budget. All functions of the SCST has been transferred to the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.
