Done:
- RoEduNet2 project deployed using dark fiber and DWDM technology; new structure connects RoEduNet NOCs with 10Gbps links
- GEANT2 POP in Bucharest operational starting 2008Q3, with a 10 Gbps link to RoEduNet
- new connection to Telia for DWS 2009 Q2
- RoEduNet administrative re-organization 2008 Q4
Future:
- POPs to be connected to NOCs using the new DWDM structure with 1 Gbps links
- cross-border connection to RENAM using dark-fiber and CWDM or DWDM (almost done)
