(in terms of members, governing body, decision making process, etc.)
Members: Universities, Institutes of academy of Sciences, Schools, Research institutes, Libraries, Hospitals, Commercial companies, with close co-operation with research institutes and universities.

Decision making body: General Assembly (once per year) of all members. Daily work is done by the Executive Committee (9 persons) . SANET has also Technical Committee, with members responsible for running SANET nodes at the Universities.
