  37. BdREN is not operational yet. It is in the process of development. Currently the consultants are being recruited for the overall management design and implementaion of the network. The project is being funded by World Bank and EU. We have signed agreement to connect BdREN to TEIN3. The governing body and the Network Operation center will be established very soon. The University Grants Commision (UGC) of Bangladesh and the Governemnt of Bangladesh is steering the project forward.
