D.24 We would appreciate it if you would be able to give us a short description of major changes that occurred in your network during the past year or that you foresee for the coming year (structural changes, changes in your mandate or remit, major technology upgrades, changes in the user base, etc.)
By the end of August we expect to have our link to RedCLARA changed to an STM-1 which will allow for immediate and future growth in BW. Also, our NREN local loop will be upgraded to 1 Gbps for all currently participating institutions.
