D.21 Description of the governing structure of the NREN
The founder and owner of ARNES is the Government of Slovenia. The members of the Board of Directors are appointed by the Government. The Board of Directors approves the annual report and budget for next year.

The Government of Slovenia has to approve the annual plan of ARNES.
