    5. The NREN is ogerning by the Betworks Division of the CERIST and the decision for each program is prepared and proposed by the Networks Divsion of CERIST and submitted to the Ministry for approval.

    12. During 2006, upgrade of capacities of ARN PoPs and part of universities and research centres. This upgrade program of capacity is finished this year. In terms of service, many events have used visioconference and streaming facilities on the network.
