In this section, reference is made to the various levels of education. For this, use has been made of the ISCED classification scheme; more information about this scheme is here. For the purposes of this survey, 'University' level corresponds to ISCED levels 5 and 6; 'higher/further education' corresponds to ISCED level 4; 'secondary education' corresponds to ISCED levels 2 and 3 and 'primary education' to ISCED level 1.

Remarks or further information regarding this section

Most complicated thing is schools item.
As a matter of fact now we have satellite segment in RUNNet
which broadcast educational mathereails for more than
10140 schools. But it is only broadcasting - not Internet
access. Less than 100 schools have Ineternet access
throw universties connected to RUNNet/RBnet. From other
point of view 54000 of schools will have Internet acess (ADSL mainly)
to the end of this year. But it is not our project.
Commercial ISP provider (RTcom ) will do that.
