General Assembly - is nominated by the owners.
Board of Directors - is elected by the General Assembly.
Supervisory Board - is elected by the General Assembly.
Managing Director - is appointed by the Board of Directors.

6.26 Short description of major changes that occurred in the network during the past year or that are foreseen for the coming year:
During the past year the main changes were:
1. DWDM optical network core deployment based on ROADM technology (up to 32x 10Gb/s)
2. CLA PB01 optical amplifiers deployment in the production environment (CBF interconnection Cesnet-Sanet) with the capacity up to 4x 10Gb/s channels
3. IP/MPLS network capacity upgrade to 10Gb/s
