4. Department of methodology of an information resource formation and development of scientific and technical information system.
5. Department of methodology of protected information systems creation.
6. Department of methodology of computer-aided systems and technology creation.
7. Department of telemedicine and medicine image processing.
8. Department of data-processing resources of BASNET.
9. Department of international collaboration and education.
10. Department of administration and development of BASNET.
11. Department of technical support of equipment and telecommunications of BASNET.
12. Department of scientific and data-analytical activity.
