6.21 Brief description of the governing structure:
General Assembly (GA) is formed from representatives of all participating scientific institutions and universities.
GA forms Coordinating board (CB, 9 members) and Technical committee (TC, 7 members). CB determines general rules and controls agreements between URAN service providers and customers. TC elaborates projects of network development and makes requests for funding.

URAN is passing to its own CEF 100M/1G infrastructure in cities (Kiev, Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Lugansk, Poltava, Lviv, Sevastoplo, Simferopol) and upgrading leased intercity channels from 128/512k to 10M/100M
