The Foundation is founded by distinguished academic and IT industry figures.
Governing structure The Foundation is managed by a Director (CEO) elected by the Foundation Board, which is made up of representatives of sponsors and governmental institutions. The Director is responsible for the everyday operation, while the Board is responsible for the development trends and strategic decisions.
The financial support so far comes from the state as well as from United Nations Development Program. Both are represented on the Foundation Board.
