Remarks regarding this section
Any other remarks I would like to suggest two things:

· To create, as a part of your organisation, the Group for Help to the countries with financial, organisational, political or other problems. In undeveloped countries people in power and even the members of academic community are not aware of NREN importance in general as well as for development of country. The Group should promote the values of the networking, negotiate with the responsible people in these countries, prepared “increase of awareness” training sessions and trained some of them. I think that these kinds of activities will be very useful for NRENs and help them to overcome the problems. This type of help will be more efficient that help from some local group of experts because people in undeveloped countries respect representatives of international community and their knowledge very much.

· To organise Emergency Fund for the undeveloped countries. The amount of money for some country should be limited but purpose for which the money from this Fund would be spending should not be limited. Sometimes, small amount of money for some purpose that are usually not a part of donors project could push the processes.
It is necessary to develop criteria that should define:
* who could be users of the Fund,
* how much money could be given to country,
* how to control the process,
* how to evaluate the process and similar.

If you think that is possible to organise the Fund, the Group or different type of “increase of awareness” training sessions considering that I have a lot of experience as director of the Fund as well as training expert, if you need my contribution, I am willing to help that process.
