Considering that BIHARNET has not been in function for more than two years it is difficult to discus about technical characteristic of the network. These characteristics in future will depend of the political support and negotiation process with Telecom organisations in B&H.
It is also very difficult to define all type of services that will be covered, because it will depend of the level of financial recourses. At least it will be the same services that were covered in the period when BIHARNET was in function (eLearning, Internet, security of the network, to take responsibility for the DNS.ba domena, Cisco academies, COBISS).
