Brief description of the governing structure: The operation of EENet is managed by the Director, who is assigned by the Minister of Education. EENet has the following structural units: Customer Service, Network Development and Technical Department and local service centres. The operation of EENet is overseen by the Board of EENet, consisting of the representatives of educational, research, cultural, governmental and other institutions.
Involvement in cctld or domain names: EENet registers subdomains under .ee according to the agreement of the administrators of the .ee domain and the Ministry of Education, which is assigned in the Statute of EENet.

EENet does not participate in any of the RIPE working groups.
