Hi Nicole,

Contribution from AAF / Tuakiri on developing an EduGAIN Global incident handling/support framework. As Heath mentioned this would give us some certainty in moving forward with EduGAIN as a prod service. Hope others agree and +1.

Thanks,
Terry.

Hi All

Just a reminder to please add your suggestions for 2015 work items up on
the refeds wiki at: https://wiki.refeds.org/display/WOR/2015+Work+Plan.
Even if these are "keep doing x" we'd appreciated your input.  We are
hoping to use new proposals to drive the agenda in Vienna so please do
get these in asap, or we will all just have to drink gluhwein and sing
christmas carols :-)

Cheers

Nicole
