I've tagged a few test instances of IDPs in eduID.at but none of these
are currently exposed to interfederation, so they won't really pop up
anywhere else.

I can file RFIs to respect that entity attribute for popular discovery
software, Shibboleth, DiscoJuice, SWITCHwayf. Anything else?

The bigger question: Any chances of getting the message out to
publishers in a coordinated way, e.g. as part of REFEDS outreach?

Some publishers support the UKf's
<HideFromWAYF xmlns="http://sdss.ac.uk/2006/06/WAYF"/>
the only prior art in this area, so I guess the UK federation would be
the natural home for starting this process (adding the REFEDS HfD
category to current <HideFromWAYF> entities and letting publishers
know about the migration)?
