And, just a correction.  Shib is, for the time being, still "owned" by
I2 (in that they own the trademark).  The move to the new domain is
mostly independent from the discussion of a new organizational structure
for the product. It's the result of some long standing problems that
prevented the developers from getting the infrastructure they need,
having it configured in the way they need it, and having proper backups
and mirrors.
