The focus of this joint meeting is marketing: objectives of the joint meeting are:

  • To share information and understanding about marketing activities and perceptions;
  • To provide insights / action points for individuals in their own work;
  • To identify points for future collaboration between TF-MSP and TF-CPR;
  • To identify a possible focus for community training.

Initial questions to explore include: Which participants have 'marketing' explicitly defined as part of their job title / job description? What activities do they undertake? Of the people who don't have this explicit description, do they undertake those same activities (are they 'doing marketing' by another name)? How and to what extent are marketing and communications integrated within different NRENs and in which strategic-level activites are they involved?
