Catering

Dinner

We will organise a group dinner for the EuroCAMP delegates on the 18 May which is included in the fee.
Please note: People with special dietary requirements should notify the organisers stating your full name and your requirements as soon as possible so some alternative meals can be arranged.

Lunch

Lunches will also be included in your registration fee.

Hotels

Hotel costs are not included in your registration fee, you must book your own room. Please do mention 'EuroCAMP' when you book as there may be discounts available. This is a busy tourist season in Cork, so PLEASE BOOK EARLY to secure a room. The earlier you book your room the better the price will be, and given the current economic climate, it maybe worthwhile speaking direct to the hotel to negotiate a price.

Suggested hotels

We have not made any special arrangements for the accommodation, we therefore recommend that you arrange this as soon as possible. We have included the 'Taxi distances' to help with orientation, but it is possible to reach the venue using public transport from the city centre, please check the 'Getting there' link on the right for more information.
