Uninett is in the process of setting up a eCampus, a major program (5
years) related to sharing lectures, mobile access and video
conferencing.  We have not sorted out who will work on what, and the
project plan is "work in progress".  However, it is clear that we will
participate in the international work, but need some more time to
identify the areas where we may contribute.

About the legal stuff: Norwegian HEI organized a conference last week
about copyright and privacy and other legal issues related to sharing
learning resources.  A proposal for a national advisory, modelled on the
web2rights in UK or MediaJura in DK is being hashed out, and something
concrete should be out there in a few months.  The conference was great,
and showed that the main issues are culture, attitude and digital
literacy, whereas legal issues turn nasty whenever policy is unclear.
If we know enough to ask clear questions of legal advisors, they tend to
give answers that are workable. (just to fill in some more on my comment)
