indeed one of the slides in my presentation in Trieste was about this 
potential task force and some people had expressed interest in being 
informed about the developments. SO I welcome the "liaison" very much. 
Claudio, would you mind forwarding Carrie's message to the current list 
of workshop participants? or shall I do it myself?
