When I drafted the text I meant "production" as "creating new content".
 Taking the basic use case into account (i.e, when the university
lectures are recorded, edited, archived and distributed) the new content
creation is part of the complete work flow. I think, in TF-Media we
should discuss the entire work flow.

Of course, we can define other use cases too where e.g., the content is
recorded in a studio. I'm not sure that we can deal with studio technics
but we should consider all those aspects and provide support, potential
services, etc. for the universities.

BTW, the production part could be interesting for the university
partners of out task force.
