AW: Production x post-production

Dear All

Repeating myself, there is a meaning beyond semantics:

So even if we the TF was mainly concerned with management, distribution (delivery) and exchange of audiovisual content, it is  a question of whether to consider production a task for the universities (created their lecture recordings and let the NREN take care) and not consider it in the TF or to think about the process as a whole - from production to management to distribution to exchange.
