Production x post-production (was: RE: Draft ToR for TF-Media)

Dear all,
thank you for your input regarding production x post-production case.

I've raised this topic because of very first paragraph, where is a part of
sentence like:

"... experiences about technical and legal aspects of federated multimedia
production ..."

My english isn't perfect and I do not feel as top-level expert in audio and
video production, so I'm not able to understand what this part of sentence
means. We do not produce any content in federation and AFAIK our members
(Universities in CZ) do not do this as well.

I'd like to get the explanation of authors of the document before trying to
reformulate this. I've found only one meaning - we are going to produce film
together (I think this is nice idea but I'm not sure if we can do it) :-)
