In my perspective, the point is something else here: The term "production" refers to the actual creation of audiovisual objects, most of them will be lectures coming from the classroom. To my knowledge, some systems offer a component for this (Switchcast, to name one), others don't go into that (MediaMosa, if I am correct); others have a hybrid solution (Arca & Pumukit). So the point is really whether we would also discuss this area of work, which might involve hardware.

PS: "Post-production" actually is part of the management process of audiovisual objects, at least in this service perspective.
