Draft ToR for TF-Media

Dear all,

Please, find attached the updated version (v.4) of the draft Terms of
Reference for the new TERENA task force planning to deal with the media
production, management and distribution issues (TF-Media).

The content is subject to change!

Please send me your comments/suggestion about that. Especially, I'd like
to know if your organisation is willing to participate in the new task
force (and contribute/lead some of the work items)!

Note that the TERENA task forces are open and free to join by NRENs,
Universities, and even individuals.

We are going to organise a face-to-face task force preparation
(kick-off) meeting in October-November time fame (date and venue to be
clarified later) collecting further ideas and interested partners
willing to contribute to the new task force.
