TF-MSP update

Dear TF-MSP members

I have completed the update of the TF-MSP deliverables list and attach a
copy here.

I have created a meetings page for the September 29/30 meeting where you
will find the agenda, presentation materials and DRAFT meeting minutes.

I have made several updates to the documents store:

In particular you will find links to the JANET(UK) QoS documentation
mentioned in Zurich.

There are also two links to papers that relate to the use of "FREE
SERVICES" in our community. One from Chris Adie of Edinburgh University,
the other by Brendan Bellina of USC, presented at Internet2 this week.

If you have further interesting documents that relate to the work of
TF-MSP please send them or the links to me for inclusion.

Finally:

The next TF-MSP meeting will take place in the TERENA Offices in
Amsterdam starting 14:00 on Tuesday 3 February 2009. It will end around
14:00 on Wednesday 4 February. I will announce the registration page
closer to the date.
