VO Proof of Concept demo/screencast

Also as a follow-up to the EuroCAMP conference* in Budapest this week, I
prepared a screencast briefly demonstrating some aspects of our VO
proof-of-concept.

It's aimed at people who don't want to try out the demo themselves and
at people who want to see what it takes to configure simple attribute
aggregation with a Shibboleth SP.
