I like your "deployment advisory" idea, although I think it should be convenient
to distinguish between "infrastructure deployments" and "supplicant
configuration deployments", so to say. Many organizations -but not all- are
using a "double configuration" kit for their users because:
- they already have WPA2/AES deployments in some locations, but not everywhere.
- their users, even using WPA2/AES can have problems when they roam to other
WPA/TKIP-only organizations.
while other organizations are stuck to only an WPA/TKIP or WPA2/AES working
configuration because their support to the user configurations is minimal (just
instructions, no installation kit) or they just don't care because they only use
WPA/TKIP (the minimum in eduroam).
