Hi guys
We have two Cisco AP1200's at TERENA for Eduroam, which were configured
a while ago and to do WEP encryption. However, I cannot seem to change that:
ap1200-1(config-if)#encryption mode ?
ciphers Optional data ciphers
wep Classic 802.11 privacy algorithm
I wonder what I have to do to use WPA2. I don't even know if this is
software or hardware restricted?
FYI:
IOS (tm) C1200 Software (C1200-K9W7-M), Version 12.3(2)JA, RELEASE
SOFTWARE (fc2)
cisco AIR-AP1231G-E-K9 (PowerPC405GP) processor (revision A0) with
14326K/2048K bytes of memory.
The AP's are both 5 years old, but since they still work fine I'd rather
upgrade the radios or the software than buying new ones...
Thanks!
