Hi Kurt,

in Portugal we have institutions that have an SSID called "eduroam-guest" announced with that kind of information on how to connect. It is a should requisite not a MUST. Anyway, some institutions decided not to use it, because they noticed that those support pages have a very low usage. In some cases the user prefers to go directly to the support staff :) . Still it might be useful for some cases, specially to visiting users.
