Dear all,

a few comments about flying to Umeå. timetables from Stockholm arlanda airport to Umeå can be found on
http://www.lfv.se/

There are two airports in stockholm with flights to umeå: arlanda,
the main airport, and Bromma. Two airlines are flying arlanda umeå: SAS and Norwegian (was flynordic). You ought to compare the suggestions you get by looking for one rservation from wherever, via Arlanda to umeå to searate tickets from wherever to stockholm, and stockholm to umeå. If you have luggage you have to take that through customs in Stockhom. There is something like a 10 minute walk between terminals . with luggage i would not book closer flighs than 60-70 minutes. If you by separate tickets from stockolm to umeå you should also check www.umeflyg.se since they have sections of their own on some flights to umeå.

and finally about the hotels - they are all good. A former collegue of mine always said that when we receive guests we should always put the men in Uman and the women in PLaza. Plaza is more flashy and sparkly and Uman is more like home where you are being taken care of. Now Åsa turned it all upside down by telling me that she would advice people to stay at Aveny since that has just been redecorated. So i guess youcould pick anyone of these!

Let me knnow if you wonder about anything

regards
torbjörn

Dear all,

(Apologies for cross-posting)

I would like to inform you that the registrations for both TF-Mobility (8th July) and TF-EMC2 (9-10 July) are now open:

- http://www.terena.org/activities/tf-emc2/meetings/11/index.html

The agendas for both meetings are under preparation and will be announced at a later stage.

As many of you are already aware the mandates of both task-forces will expire in September 2008, therefore part of the meetings will focus on the preparation of the new charters.

Regards,
Licia
