Initial perfSONAR Training Workshop

Overview
This three day course has been designed to support the perfSONAR pilot programme. It will equip participants with the knowledge that they will need to cascade down user training about the visualisation tools to end-users. The course will also give participants the opportunity to provide feedback about the perfSONAR visualisation tools.
Important Notice
To all participants in the perfSONAR training in Berlin, 30th May - 1st June.
Please be aware that the course venue is not equipped with computers. Since client machines will be necessary to take part in the hands-on exercises, could you each please bring a laptop with you that has a wireless networking card installed. The laptop must be brought to the training with the following software installed on it:
- Java 2 Runtime Environment (JRE), version 1.5 or newer
- An SSH client, such as PuTTY
