eduCONF training

Overview
The educonf activity in the GN3 project is centered around video conferencing, and improving the use and uptake of video conferencing across the NREN community and their constituents. This training aims to engage NREN VC Managers with eduCONF's Certification Program. The eduCONF Certification Program relies on NREN VC Managers to locally implement the required infrastructure, to provide appropriate local support and to provide a platform of compliance to the VC Room Managers in order to extend the certified VC room network.
Aims of the training
By the end of this training course, the participants should be able to:
- Describe eduCONF's set of services and its benefits
- Outline the steps towards NREN VC Certification
- Use a range of tools provided by eduCONF website to diagnose problems
- Outline the steps towards Room Certification
Pre-requisites
Training participant must:
- Have a laptop to interact with gatekeeper during training
