- An interesting mail from Ann Harding, linking LCPM to the ITIL framework.
Specificic documentation on LCPM and NRENs.
LCPM has been an ongoing area of interest in the TERENA community. In the last years there have been relevant sessions on the TERENA Networking conference, where speakers from several NRENs have been explaining their models:
- TNC 2005, session "What services do NRENs need to provide?"
- TNC 2006, session "Service Portfolio Management and NRENs"
- TNC 2007, session "Quality Service Management for NRENs"
NREN strategy and LCPM.
Some of the participating NRENs have published their strategy. Some of them are linked from here. If you know of missing links here, please let us know.
- The HEAnet Strategic Plan 2004-2007. Ann Harding presented the strategic plan and its implications for their LCPM, at the TNC 2005 ("From Strategy to Implementation: Implications for NREN Product Management").
- Further Development Strategy of CESNET.
- Strategy workshop with ARNES (info relevant to ARNES strategy from page 22 on).
