    The chairman of LCPM will be Urs Eppenberger (SWITCH). He will be assisted by two co-chairs: Ann Harding (HEAnet) and Walter van Dijk (SURFnet). They will all be responsible for leading the activities of the LCPM, the interfacing with the TERENA secretariat and the timely progression of the agreed deliverables.

    The TERENA Secretariat will appoint a member of staff to act as secretary of the LCPM. The LCPM secretary will provide administrative support to the LCPM and its sub-groups taking the minutes at meetings, preparing meeting agendas in consultation with the chair. The secretary will also liaise with local staff in making logistical arrangements if required.
