Incident Object Description and Exchange Format Working
Group

The purpose of the Incident Object Description and Exchange Format
Working Group (IODEF WG) is to define a common data format and common exchange
procedures for sharing information needed to handle an incident between
different CSIRTs and to exchange incident related data between CSIRTs that
allow both known and new types of incidents to be formatted and exchanged.
IODEF WG is established under the auspice of TF-CSIRT
and conducts its activity according to the
IODEF
WG Charter.
IODEF Working Group is currently closed. Further IODEF development is
transferred to IETF
INCH WG (see for submitted documents there). INCH WG mailing list -
