Subject: unknown ICMP packets


To whom it may concern, we recently started receiving Unknown
ICMP packets
from 172.16.101.82.  After doing the research I found that
they are coming
from a Server at your University.  This almost appears to be
a Dos attack of
some sort.  Is there anything you can tell me about this?  It
is starting to
become a concern for us.
